hello from northern california....
after another gorgeous day of hugging the coastline,
we made it to the avenue of giants !!!
majestic is an understatement for these ginormous redwoods.
doubly amazing is that the united states has preserved
acres and acres of forests filled with them.
i tried to photograph a whole tree for you but the best i could do were three panels.
this last one is for scale....
my travelling troupe and i are having a wonderful time.
we've been singing along our favourite cds,
and so far, i am in the lead in the 'punch buggy no punch back' game !!!

Goodness, those redwoods are so majestic. It is my dream to one day see them in person...fingers crossed. Glad you are enjoying your time away. Keep the postcards coming, I love seeing what you are up to. xo
