thrifted threads: granny square sweater

today, i'm linking up with lindsey

for some fashion fun.

i finally learned how to crochet !!!

i found a granny square tutorial and started crocheting all these squares.

i was having so much fun

and my crocheting skills advanced quickly,

so i thought i'd try my hand on a sweater???

i pieced the squares together for the sleeves

and used a granny stripe pattern for the bodice.

what do you think?
