here they are...
all three scrap blankets (still on the needles)
two are almost done... and one is a third of the way through.
can you tell i knit for the colour play?
i'm still in the middle of john lanchester's capital but have put it aside
because my copy of andre alexis' fifteen dogs came in at the library.
i haven't been able to put it down.
it is an easy read...the author tackles the questions of life and happiness
and whether humans or our four legged furry canine friends do better at both.
what are you knitting? reading?
care to share?

Yikes! Three blankets at once? I have one to make...it's for my son to take away to school with him in about a year and a half...I haven't started as I'm waiting for the yarn shop to get all of the colours in (I'm going for plaid, I think) and I'm so nervous I won't be done in time. Good for you for tackling three!
ReplyDeleteYou have such patience- they are all so lovely- to think that you are knitting three at once, wow- that will be three happy campers that will love cozying up in there :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful projects, I'm really enjoying watching them grow. Can't wait to see them finished and spread out in full
ReplyDeleteI think it's so amazing that you can knit three blankets at once, and each one is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how fun it must be to cuddle under them as you knit, perfect for winter season.
Oh my goodness! All those blankets! And here I am saying that I might want to *start* one this year :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're enjoying the book! I have it checked out from the library right now and hope to start it soon. I knew I had to read it as soon as I saw the cover!
