thrifted threads: lavender baja hoodie

welcome to

'what i wore' wednesday

when i link up with lindsey and the ladies for some fashion fun.

i met up with some girlfriends for coffee yesterday

and i needed something warm and cozy (yes...the temperature is dipping a little)

to wear because we were meeting at an outdoor beachside cafe.

while my jeans were thrifted, the hoodie wasn't.

it was a souvenir my kids picked up (and handed down to me)

 when we were in mexico a few years ago.

according to google, these hoodies also go by the name of 'drug rugs'.

i considered using that on my title...(NOT!!)

it was great seeing my girlfriends and spending some time 

to sit and enjoy a good cup of coffee and a visit to get all caught up.

i didn't get very much done yesterday...because i had other appointments 

to get to after that, but the therapy of the connection 

placed me in a very good space all the rest of the day long !!!

it's amazing what a little giggling, lots of hugging, and hot, creamy coffee can do.
