thrifted threads: pink blossoms

welcome to 'what i wore' wednesday

when i link up with lindsey and the ladies for some fashion fun.

it's that time of the year again

when half of the island pull out their leaf blowers to blow away 

fallen pink blossoms off of their driveways (crazy huh!!!)

well...i'm proud to say i don't own a leaf blower ( i can't stand the noise they make)

and i'm happily shrouded with pink blossoms.

i very rarely wear pink

but the blossoms are so pretty and just looking at them

 makes everyone (i think) so happy.

they make me think 'why not?'

this thrifted pink pullover is so soft and comfy...an old favourite of mine.

the magic of the blossoms is only with us for a few weeks.

so we are all out and about, mostly walking the sidewalks 

to places we need to go, to take it all in.

the pedestrian traffic on our street just tripled in the last week,

and most of them with a smile on their faces.
